What does "adjusting the format" consist of? When you apply a style, you
apply font and paragraph formatting, but there's only so much this can do.
For example, if the pasted text has a line break at the end of every line,
these will have to be removed (see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/CleanWebText.htm).
