One of the things that some of us like about Word is that there are a number
of different ways to accomplish any given task. This results in flexibility,
but can also result in confusion and frustration about the "right" way to do
something. The "right" way often turns out to be whatever works best for
you--by definition. So, hopefully, you now have a "right" way to accomplish
what you need.
