Some of your Next Page breaks have probably become Odd Page breaks. See

Hello. I'm currently formatting a document to include various page and
section breaks. In the document I can edit and make it look fine there,

between some (not all) section breaks that do not appear in the normal

Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. There appears to be no
pattern between the areas that don't have the blank page space and those

do.
