A UserForm is your best bet. If you develop some aptitude for VBA, you can
make a UserForm do anything you want (dance a jig and sing). To get started
with a very simple UserForm, see

even this much VBA and are willing to spend a modest amount on an add-in to
create custom UserForms for you, see
