"Keep lines together" has no effect in a table, and "Keep with next" has no
effect within a row. You must disable "Allow rows to break" *and* use KWN
between rows. See

As you probably understand, you cannot keep a table bigger than a page on
one page for obvious reasons: and there must be room for not only the
table
but a following paragraph mark immediately under the table on that page
too.
To keep a smaller table on one page by itself, you need to format keep
lines
together AND keep with next paragraph properties. Then the table will stay
complete on a page.
