Default how to lock colums/rows in mailMerge word document

Convert it to PDF format. There are free PDF Converters such as PrimoPDF
that do a good job. Google for them.

Good morning Cindy

Yes, I am talking about the document that results from the mail merge.
How do I do that?

Thank you for your response.

What you're doing isn't quite clear - too little information.

Are you talking about locking the document that results from the mail
merge? Or something else?
