To turn off the all caps function in Microsoft Word 2007, follow these steps:
- Highlight the text that is in all caps.
- Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
- Look for the "Font" section of the ribbon and click on the small arrow in the bottom right corner of that section.
- In the "Font" dialog box that appears, make sure the "All Caps" box is unchecked.
- Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
If you accidentally hit the "Caps Lock" key on your keyboard, that could also be the reason why all your text is in all caps. To turn off the "Caps Lock" function, simply hit the "Caps Lock" key again.
