It might be better if you either saved the document as a template or saved
the table as an autotext or autocorrect entry. If you share the same
document some clown will screw it up for sure. Word is not a multi-user
application.

You cannot have text flow across cells, if that's what you are

But it would seem simpler to choose a different solution. Perhaps you

need the table at all? Or would it be possible to use newspaper
columns instead?
