Default Using Word 2007 templates in Word 2003

Get someone with Office 2007 to download it for you and save it as a 2003
format. If there is a feature that is new to 2007, it will be lost.

BTW, most people will use a template for their resume. My best friend is in
HR - she sees so many that when she sees something "new", that one catches
her eye first. You might consider not using a template. Just a suggestion
from someone who knows how tough the job market is right now.

I'm trying to help someone design a new resume (CV), but I figure there's
no point reinventing the wheel. Microsoft Online has lots of resume
templates, but most are .dotm files for Word 2007. How can I use a Word
2007 template in Word 2003?

Thanks -- I'm sure the answer is out there on the web, but my searches
have not so far found it.
