Microsoft Word allows the Grammer Check function to check for two spaces
after each period: Tools menuOptionsSpelling & Grammer tab "Settings"
button under the Grammer section of the window"Require" section with pull
down menus to select your option/preference. Please add another pull down
menu in this same area to have the Grammer Check to look for two spaces after
a colon as well. Please add this option to the other software programs e.g.
PowerPoint, Excel, etc..
