How to default to "Unformatted Text" in "Paste Special" in Word 20
Copy some text into the clipboard, then record this series of mouse clicks
into a macro:
Edit, Paste Special, Unformatted Text, OK
Give the macro a name.
Assign this macro to a keyboard shortcut - I use Ctl-Shift-V
