20 x 30 what? Feet? Furlongs?
Assuming you mean centimeters, then 20 x 30 is only a little narrower and
longer than A4, which is 21cm wide and 29.7cm long. Assuming that your
printer can cope with paper 20cm x 30cm, then at File Page Setup, on the
Paper tab, choose a custom paper size and print as normal.
