Save the table as an AutoText entry and add that AutoText entry to the
toolbar as a button (Tools | Customize | Commands: AutoText category. You
can borrow some one of the table-related button images (see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/...uttonFaces.htm).
