Given that each dropdown field has a bookmark name, you can check the
calculate on exit check box of each field and use a formula field to add the
values of the bookmarks eg
{ ={ REF Dropdown1} + { REF Dropdown2 } + { REF Dropdown3 }}
All brackets are entered with CTRL+F9
