How to skip a field in a directory mail merge if it's blank
Use an If...then...Else... field construction like
{ IF { MERGEFIELD Home } "" "Home[tab]{ MERGEFIELD Home }[enter]Dad
Work[tab]{ MERGEFIELD Dads_WK }" "Dad Work[tab]{ MERGEFIELD Dads_WK }" }
where in place of [tab] and [enter] you use the Tab key and the Enter key
respectively.
You must use Ctrl+F9 to insert each pair of field delimiters { } and Alt+F9
to toggle off their display.

I am trying to do a directory mail merge from excel. In some cases - there
is no phone number so the field is blank. How do I get the merge to skip
that part and go to the next entry? Below is a copy of my merge fields.
