My operating system is Windows 97 and I have inherited a fault in Microsoft
Word whereby the cursor jumps to the bottom of the page when I select
carriage return.

I have checked the settings for line spacing and paragraphs and all seems OK.

Is anyone able to provide me with some assistance on the above?
