It sounds like your text boxes might be located outside of the printable area of your document. Here are some steps you can take to try and locate them:
- Go to the View tab in the ribbon and select Print Layout view. This will show you exactly what will be printed on the page.
- Zoom out on your document by using the zoom slider in the bottom right corner of the window. This will allow you to see more of the page at once.
- Look for any areas of the page that are grayed out or have a dotted line around them. This indicates that the content is located outside of the printable area.
- If you find an area like this, try clicking on it to see if it contains your missing text box. You may need to adjust the margins of your document to bring the content back into the printable area.
- If you still can't find your text box, try using the Selection Pane to locate it. Go to the Home tab in the ribbon, click on the Select dropdown, and choose Selection Pane. This will show you a list of all the objects in your document, including any hidden or off-page objects. Look for your text box in the list and click on it to select it.
