Default printing with comments

Alternatively, if you change the view from Final Showing Markup to Final
(Reviewing toolbar) and then click Print, you'll get the document without
the markup. Be aware, however, that displaying the Final view doesn't mean
the markup is gone; it is still present until you Accept All Changes and/or
Delete All Comments.

When you click "Print," the Print dialog box shows up. Look for a dropdown
box near the bottom left labeled "Print What." Change the selection so

that
instead of "document showing markup" it just says "document."

when printing from a document with comments the right margin shifts to

allow
space for where the comments would be shown. I do not want to show the
comments in printing, is there a way to make the document fit to the

whole
page width?

Thanks
