Well, you got two answers, and both are correct and luckily equally
convenient in Word 2003 (in Word 2007, there is no AutoComplete for

At my work, we have different products for which we have "boiler plate"

called where I can simply type in the name of a product and word will
automatically paste the boiler plate text and picture into my document.

Anyone know what this function is called? Is this a macro? I'm willing
