Headers belong to Sections. As a result, you will need to insert Section
Breaks that separate the pages on which you want the headers to appear from
those upon which you do not want it to appear.

Or, if it is something simple that you need to suppress, you may be able to
do it with and {If { Page } = # "true text" "false Text } field
