Default I need a new symbol: How do I put a dot underneath the letter s?

The characters you want are present in Arial Unicode as 1E0D (d), 1E63 (s),
1E6D (t), and 1E93 (z). Uppercase versions are also available. If you don't
want to use a different font, you can create these characters by combining
the letter with a period (full stop) or "middle dot" (00B7) using the EQ \o
field (see http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Overbar.htm). There is a
"combining dot below" in "(normal text)" at 0323, but it is very small and
doesn't seem to center very well.

I need to transliterate from Arabic and don't have the letters I need in

my
symbols. I need the letters s, d, t, and z with a dot underneath. How can

I
create such new symbols?

Thank you!!
