It is the keyboard shortcut to toggle field codes. In itself, it wouldn't
have any effect (if "Field codes" were checked on the Print tab of Tools |
Options, then toggling the *display* wouldn't make any difference), but if
the label content were some kind of field, then being able to examine the
underlying field code might help determine the problem. Odd things that show
up at print time are often the result of field updating.

We were given a name tag template which is basically a word document

It works on my computer and 2 other office computers but when we tried

it on the one computer it won't work- you can save it and type in names

when you do a print or print preview it has the words format in all the

That computer operates with XP like all the others. We even put it up

shared folder and she still can't use it.
