I need to create a table of Figures which will follow my TOC.

I had no difficulty creating the TOC, and I believe that is because I used
Headings based on the Word Heading Styles.

Is there a Standard Heading Style that should be used for Tables of Figures?
If not, how should I mark my Figures?
