Default Is it possible to password protect a scanned signature in Word

They can PDF it, too, then select the image out of the PDF.

No, all you can do is make it harder. If you protect a document for forms
with a password, a user will not be able to select anything in it outside
of form fields. On the other hand, this password protection takes less
than a minute to break.

I would like to be able to sign forms and letters electronically with a
protected scanned signature. Is there some way to password protect a
scanned
signature so that it cannot be copied and pasted or used by another user?
