Default How do I jump to a previous page when editing

Three presses of the keyboard shortcut Shift+F5 will cycle through the
last three places where you made a change in the text (not places
where you just moved the cursor).

If that doesn't take you to the right place, try using the Find
command (Ctrl+F) to look for some text you remember seeing there.
