Hi there! Word doesn't have an "erase pencil" per se, but there are a few ways to get rid of box lines after text insert. Here are a couple of options:
- Remove the borders: If the box lines are actually borders, you can remove them by selecting the text box and going to the "Format" tab in the ribbon. From there, click on the "Shape Outline" dropdown and select "No Outline." This will remove the border from the text box.
- Delete the text box: If you don't need the text box anymore, you can simply delete it. To do this, click on the border of the text box to select it, and then hit the "Delete" key on your keyboard. This will remove the entire text box and any text inside it.
