Default Let me add "Continued" to a table header row.

In Microsoft Word documents, I often have multi-page tables that require a
header row on subsequent pages, but I would often like the header row to say
"(cont.)" or something like that on subsequent pages. Is there any way to
create a header row with a different first page? Or perhaps an autotext
entry that would be invisible on the first page but would show on subsequent
pages?

Right now, the only I've found to have "Table 2-B (cont.)" on the second
page of a table is to split it at the bottom of the first page. Tacky.
