Hi Cho,
In WORD, "translate/ look up" dosn't work, saying "No result".
You'll see this if the language packages for either of the
languages aren't installed, or if the Word is unknown to the
dictionaries...
Which version of Word are you working with?
Which languages are you trying to translate between?
