Sign a piece of paper (use black pen with medium to wide point), scan at
around 150dpi if you are going to print it and save it as a graphics file:
JPEG, GIF or PNG should be OK.

Then use Insert, Picture, From File and open the signature in Word. Check it
is the correct size and then select it and save it as an AutoText entry for
use anytime you need it. If you are going to use this on emails, I suggest
you use a signature that isn't your normal signature in case it gets into
the wrong hands.
