In FilePage Setup, you can check the "Different first page" option
on the Layout tab. This creates a first page header (for the first
page) and a main header (for the rest of the section). To see the main
header, insert a manual page break. Enter the desired contents in the
headers. Remove the manual page break before saving the template. For
more about headers and footers, see:

I am working in with a document to be used as a template, It
contains
multiple tables with section breaks and seperate headers in the
event
that sections data grows beyond one to more pages. How do I set
multiple section breaks with it's own header in the template, and
still
maintain the table on the same page in the event the data does not
grow?
