How do you create a text box that can be filed in then hit the tab key
for the next text box.

Example. NAME: [Text Box]
ADDRESS: [Text Box]

Thanks

See http://www.computorcompanion.com/LPMArticle.asp?ID=22.

To prevent the text from moving when entries are typed into the form fields,
start by creating a table and setting the Table AutoFit to "Fixed Column
Width". Put the text (such as "Name") into one cell, and the text form field
into another cell.
