If the formatting changes when you press Enter, it's usually for one of two
reasons:

1. You have one of the WordPerfect options checked at Tools | Options |
General.

2. The "Style for following paragraph" for the style you're using is a
different style. For example, the following style for all Word's built-in
heading styles is Normal.

I would type a document and change its formatting. When I press enter, it
won't automatically acquire the formatting of the previous ones that I've
applied the changes to, rather it would have the default formatting. I

would
like the rest of the document that I'm about to type to have the same
formatting as the previous ones. How do I do it? I tried to press

Shift+Enter
and it does the trick but only to its next line which means I would have

to
press Shift+Enter the whole time..?? Please help. Thank you so much.
