Default How do I convert a Excel 2003 file into a Word 2003 file (table)?

Copy - then edit paste special picture
Only snag is that objects such as pictures cannot span pages.
If you paste special as html you will retain the formatting, and can span
pages, but the file will be editable.
Ultimately anything you allow a user to see can be edited.

The Excel file is large, some 550 lines and the Word file is small.
I have tried "insert" and "copy and paste" but in each case the
formatting is lost. I also want to ensure the copied Excel data
cannot be modified.
