Perhaps the problem is that your caps lock is stuck? This is considered
shouting and shouting at people you are asking for help is not the best way
to get that help!
Did you at any time save the document you were working on? If so the last
saved version will be where you saved it. If not then a crashed document
that is not recovered by Word's automatic file recovery mechanism (if
activated) will be lost. No save - nothing to recover.
Set Word's option to automatically save recovery information every ten
minutes or so. Set the option to automatically create a backup file. Get
into the habit of saving the document you are working on regularly.
