Default How to write a table of contents in word

I can't imagine that anyone who has read an article on (semi-)automatic TOCs
would go on creating TOCs manually?

As Stefan says, the best way to create a TOC is to use Word's built-in feature
to do this (see http://www.ShaunaKelly.com/word/toc/CreateATOC.html). But if
you continue to build it by hand, see
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/NumberAlignment.htm (Word 2003 and earlier)
or http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/N...gnment2007.htm, as appropriate.

Hi I have problems to accommodate my table of contents in word.

1
Intorduction...................................... .................................................5
1.1 Intorduction into
topic............................................. .....................5
1.2 Motivation und objective
target............................................ .......6
1.3 Structure of the
work.............................................. ...................... 7

The first item is given in my document. I want to create further sub-items.
The problem is that the page numbers 5 in 1st and 2nd line and 6 and 7 at the
right side are not straight lined.
My question: Is there any function to create the dots after "topic",
"target", "work" automatically that the page numbers at the end of every line
are straight lined?

Thanks in Advance
