As Cindy says, if you open Word in a new session and change to a different printer, it stays with the printer until manually changed. However, the answer is to use a macro to sort this out. For example, if you are switching between various printers, you should add a PRINT button for each printer you use. If it is to print a Fax, then the macro for faxing should switch to the fax driver, print and then switch back to the default Windows printer. If it doesn't, it is badly written.

When starting a new instance of MS Word, and editing or creating documents, the printer selected is always the last one used. Is there anyway to change this to always go to the default printer?
