Moving Shapes
To move a line, don't select one of the ends, but select the line
somewhere along its length.
I don't know what the "pointed end" of a callout might be. To move a
shape, click on an edge, not on a corner, and you'll get the cross-
shaped icon. Then you can drag the shape.
