When I start a new Word document the PRINT PREVIEW appears in the File menu.
When I open the document the next day, PRINT PREVIEW is not in the File menu.
Why is the icon grayed out?
Also, TOOLBAR problem in a new Word document. When I start a new document
the STANDARD, FORMATTING and DRAWING toolbars are checked - which is want I
want. Same problem as above - when I open the document the next day the
TOOLBARS are all checked differently.
Never had these problems with Office 2000, so how do I correct them?
