How easy it is can depend on how selective you want to be in 'grabbing' them and if they are currently inline Layout or already in a
text wrapped (floating) layout choice.

If you're looking for text boxes that are already in a floating (not inline with text layout) you can add the 'Select Multiple
Objects' command to the drawing toolbar. Pre-Word 2007 turn on
View=Toolbars=Drawing

and then in
Tools=Customize=Commands
Drawing category
drag the 'Select Multiple Objects' command to the toolbar to place it with the regular 'select object' (white arrow) icon already
there.

Inline with text graphics/text boxes are seen by Word as being text, so the Select Multiple Objects tool doesn't "find" them. Using
a macro would probably be the easiest way to find and move inline shapes to change them to a different wrapping layout.
