Put 2 pages with headers / footers on 1 page
To avoid wasting paper, I want to two 7" X5.5" pages on one 8.5" X 11" paper,
complete with headers and footers (two of the same page). In printer's
jargon, it's called "2 up". There is no way I can do that and include the
headers and footers of both pages. Is there a way to do that?
