Hi,
I'm writing several technical documents in Word 2003, and I'd like to have
the document references automatically update from one spot. In detail:
Suppose I include "Doc # 51203 Ver. 12 Airspeed Indicator Software
Requirements" at the front of the document in the "Document References"
table. Then I use the same text 15 times througout the document. I'd like
to
create a link, such that when I change the text at the first instance, it
automatically changes everywhere else in the document. (Just like when I
edit
the text in a Caption, it changes in every location where I have included
it
as a cross-reference.
In other word, I just want to highlight the text, and call it a source for
a
cross reference.
Anybody know how to do this?
