After I have read through some of the suggestions for locking part of the
document using Tools, Protect Document, Forms, Sections, and I actually
implemented that on my Templates, because the locked section has a few
bookmarks that need to be inserted, it's giving me an error for inserting
bookmarks because it's been locked. Is there a way to only lock that section
AFTER the bookmarks have been inserted?

I'm afraid I don't understand the question. You set up a form. When you set up
the form, you insert all the form fields and bookmarks your require. Then you
protect the form (for particular sections). If you need to make changes to
protected sections, you have to unprotect it, make the changes, then protect it
again.

If that doesn't answer what you need, please try rephrasing the problem. And
please also tell us the version of word you're using.
