Default Printing Comments

I haven't tried it, but I *think* that someone tried hiding everything but
comments in Word 2003 and then printing the List of Markup, and it still
printed everything.

In Word 2007 if you turn off the view of Insertions and Deletions (show
only Comments) then the list of markup will print Comments only. I don't
recall if this is the same in previous versions.

Additionally, you can use the old Comments pane to show all comments and
copy/paste them a new document. Depending on the version of Word the
command can be added to a toolbar. For Word 2007 you need to use VBA.

That prints *all* the markup, though--not just the comments.

I've been making comments and changes throughout a very large document.
Is
there a way for me to JUST print my comments with page numbers where
the
comments appear? I'd like to review my comments with someone and I
don't
want to have to e-mail the large document back to them. I just want to
send
my comments.

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Thank you.

I think following is what you are looking for: File/Print/ and under
"Print what" choose List of markup. Print to pdf and e-mail.
