Default In labels, how to insert a blank cell, pushing other info down

Labels are merely tables with fixed cell dimensions. You are not going to
be able to insert a single cell/label, but you can insert a new row of
labels.

Alternatively, convert the labels that you have prepared to a mailmerge data
source using the information in the article "Convert Labels into Mail Merge
Data File" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at:

http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm

and then insert the new information into the relevant place in the data file
and then merge the information back into labels using the information at:

http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm

Hope this helps.

I went into Tools, Envelope & Labels, & used label 05160 to prepare labels
(all different). After my page is full, how do I insert a cell in the
middle
of my page, moving all other cells further?
