Unfortunately, you don't mention the version of Word you're using...

You have changed the information in Tools/OPtions/User Info? That's where
Word picks up the name, initially. And if you have, you're still seeing that
name in NEW documents?

A former user of my computer is still listed as a reviewer in all my
documents. How do I remove her name as a reviewer?

The "remove all personal information on save" does NOT in fact remove this
reviewer, all it does is add Author as an additional reviewer. I want to
remove excess reviewers, not add them.
