Hi ?B?VG9uaQ==?=,
I am using Office Word 2003. I want a text watermark to show on top of
(above) some pictures that I have on the page. Is this possible?
No. At least, not directly.
The watermark is linked to the document header/footer. This means
- it shows on all pages (by default, although it can be changed to be
in only a particular section)
- it's always "behind" anything you put in the body of the document
To put something behind the watermark, it would have to be inserted into
the header/footer "layer" and "sent to the back". This means it would show
on every page. Unless you were to put this page in its own section (insert
a section break before and after the page, then unlink the following and
this section's header/footer from the previous sections - in that order),
but that can have other ramifications. Without knowing how your document
is meant to be used, this approach cannot be recommended unequivocally.
