Your tutorial on Mail Merge has a spreadsheet with both first and

in the same column of an Excel spreadsheet. You suggest to split
the
data,
but use an antiquated method. Instead of adding a column and
cutting and
pasting each last name individually, why not use the features of
the
product.
Click on data-text to columns, choose delimited length and space
as a
seperator and the data is split quickly.
