You need to make sure that the heading paragraph format is set to 'keep with
next', and the ordinary paragraphs are not. The best way to do this is using
styles, and you will find that the built-in headings (Heading 1 etc.) are
set to keep with next and Body Text style is not. A common error is to
reformat the font of a heading to make it look like ordinary paragraph, and
vice versa, instead of applying the right style.

Note that you also need to avoid using blank lines between paragraphs - set
the space after correctly.
