In the "select name" box within the Envelope menu, be sure the "Show names
from the" drop-down has selected the correct file. Outlook is balky and
sometimes offers the wrong list.

When in Word2000 I click on Envelopes and Labels, to address an envelope

contacts in my Outlook. Recently when I go through the process and at the
Envelopes and Labels dialog box I click the address book, pick the
conctact,
click OK
and the contacts info should appear in the delivery address box. This no
