Which version of Word do you have?
Yes, it's possible. Just insert a bookmark just before the table for ribbons
("Insert"-"Bookmark"). Then, in your table of content, insert a
"Cross-reference" and choose "Bookmark" as "Reference type".

I have a series of tables within a single document. I would like to have a
Table of Contents at the top and be able to click on the listing for
"Ribbons" and have the cursor jump to the table for ribbons. Is this
possible and how
